Animation jobs are now in high demand in this marketplace. Those who like to draw can earn income by doing animation work from home as a freelancer. Upwork Marketplace selects the best 'Upwork Spotlight' freelancers from those who have good work skills and deliver work on time to clients. It has been selected since 2017. So far five people from Bangladesh have been selected as 'Upwork Spotlight' freelancers. Sudipta Kumar Mondal has been selected as 'Upwork Spotlight' freelancer this year. Sudiptta Kumar Mondal told Prothom Alo, 'I have been freelancing for eight years. Animation jobs are more in demand now than before. It is constantly increasing. Those who want to start new freelancing, they will get clients quickly if they learn animation work.' Sudiptta Kumar also said, 'I get 250 to 300 animation job posts on Upwork every day. Applying to them gets a quick reply. The probability of getting a job is 70 percent. The price of these works starts from 50 dollars to 2 thousand dollars. If you want to work in animation, you have to be very creative, there is no fixed rule. But Sudipta Kumar Mandal said that a lot of time has to be given. He said, before starting animation, you should know Adobe Animate, After Effects and Media Encoder software well. Also should have good communication skills. Apart from animation, there is currently a demand for graphic design and logo design work in Upwork, said Sudipta.
