I started to gather skills in 2014. It was not a short journey. Despite having no formal education in Graphic design, I started learning with the help of YouTube and blogs.  I was locked in the room for about six months, learning something new every day and trying something new.  And I used to try to get work by creating accounts on many freelancing marketplaces I know.  Unfortunately getting a job was very difficult back then.  Finally by luck in 2014, an elder brother offered me a job for an unreasonable price and I completed it.  Since then I started working little by little and finally, in 2019 I started working at Upwork. Also, I worked hard to learn how to speak English, cause I was not fluent in English.
I started working in a private IT company in 2018 due to not getting a good job in the marketplace.  But in 2021 I left the job due to a remote job in an American company.  And I have started working full-time at Upwork.

Sudiptta Apu won the Khulna Divisional Best National Tech Award in Freelancing

  Sudiptta Kumar Mandal (Apu), son of Balai Mandal, a child of Bagerhat Rampal Upazila Banshtali Union, received the Khulna Division Best Freelancer Award at the National Freelancer Carnival "National Tech Award 2023" organized by One Way School, a completely free online educational platform of Bangladesh. On Thursday (August 10) at 10 am in the National Mother Language Institute Auditorium in Segunbagicha of the capital, Foreign Minister Dr. AK Abdul Momen.
